Group (2+) Registration Discount for Delegate Passes
To receive the Group Discount (£75 per pass), you will be required to purchase a minimum of two (2) Delegate passes in a single transaction. At the time of purchase, you will be sent, via email, a unique Registration Code that you can distribute to the individuals in your group. Each individual will be required to enter this group Registration Code as they begin the registration process.
Discounts
Only one discount may be applied to an individual registration (to the Early Bird, Discount and Standard registration rates). Under no circumstances can any discounts be combined.

Delegate Day Pass: What’s Included?
All activities on the day for which you purchase your Day Delegate pass (including the evening receptions).
Visitor Pass: What’s Included?
Visitors have access to:
- All activities in Conference Central from Wednesday 12th October, including Briefing Centre presentations
- Discussion Groups on Wednesday 12th October and Thursday 13th October
- Sponsor Case Study sessions on Wednesday 12th October and Thursday 13th October
- Keynote Sessions on Wednesday 12th October and Thursday 13th October
Visitors will also receive a £100 discount to attend as a Delegate in 2012.
Visitor Plus Pass: What’s Included?
Visitor Plus attendees have access to all the above, plus:
- Keynote Sessions on Tuesday 11th October
- Welcome Reception on Tuesday 11th October
- 1 Track Session of your choice.
Academic Pass
The academic pass applies only to professors, or students in full-time education at a further education college or university. Delegates must supply proof of their academic standing or student ID when they check in on-site. Failure to produce proof of their academic credentials will result in a charge of the Standard Delegate registration rate (£1,025 + VAT).
Cancellations and Substitutions
If you cancel your registration in writing by Friday 9th September 2011, your fee will be returned less 25% to cover administrative expenses. After Friday 9th September, no refunds will be given. Substitutions may be made at any time. You can submit your cancellation or substitution request to:

Age Limit
You must be 18 years of age to attend RSA Conference Europe 2011. Requests for any exceptions must be made in writing to the registration team via email at delegate@rsaconference.com or via fax at +44 (0) 207 313 5790.
